  Not impressed at all. After my dog was spayed, the vet literally didn't say one word to me when I went to pick her up. She saw me standing in the waiting area and walked into another room to see a patient (dog) and didn't wave, smile, nod nothing. The front desk staff discussed the surgery, prescribed meds, and gave the discharged orders. I saw the vet 2-3 times while I waited for my puppy and she didn't have the decency to simply say hello or give me 60 seconds of her time to say the surgery went well. During my first visit, I heard the vet tell a staff member that my 16 week old pup (at the time of the first visit) was crazy. I also had to clean the examination room we were in as it had dog hair on the table with clumps of hair on the floor. Clearly a sign that room was not cleaned after the last dog left. I saw some cleaning wipes in the room and cleaned the table and floor myself. So needless to say that first visit didn't sit well with me. I attempted to give the vet and this clinic another try as I wanted to be sure I was being reasonable and flexible. Not to mention, the vet is fairly young so I figured perhaps she was unaware she shouldn't talk about her patients in public. That perhaps she's not aware that she shouldn't have negative thoughts about her patients as it may conflict the the quality of care they should receive from her. I figured I had nothing to lose by giving her another shot because maybe she was having a bad day.....right. Well, after the lack of bedside manners she displayed after my dog's surgery, I decided my dog deserved better care from a vet who genuinely cares about her well being.
