  I am very disappointed with the call back procedures at Summit Orthopedics. It took weeks for them to call me back to schedule therapy . I spent over a half hour on the phone today to find out why no one called me about my back injection. I was transferred to five different people and still have no appointment. I have been a patient for many years and it is my feeling that they have gotten too big and have lost control of quality patient care. I don't believe the doctors' have time to see patients as they are too busy running to too many clinics and cannot track the needs of their patients. Dr Patrick Daly was wonderful for surgery, but that was time when the clinic had realistic expectations.I am no longer sure that Summit Orthopedic is meeting my needs at this point.
