  This place makes me sick! If you enjoy being treated horribly and looked down upon then you must absolutely pay a special visit and I promise the moment you begin to speak to the older woman taking names you will wish you had never gone in. For the outrageous amount of money you will be charged for your visit here you would think you could atleast have a receptionist treat you like a person worthy of medical care instead of looking at the clock and making it known its almost closing time then ask if you really need to be seen? Seriously? The woman working along side her was busy making her irritation of potentially having to stay past 10 pm known by ignoring me while I was apologizing to her directly explaining it was the best I could do. She refused to hear anything and repeatedly looked at the clock. What happened next I still can not believe actually happened. The older woman taking names got a little excited suddenly after entering my information and began speaking very loudly informing me I was being refused as a patient due to a previously unpaid bill in the amount of $326.00 everyone in the lobby area and waiting area could hear what she was saying to me and it was as if she was holding back a big smile. I told her there must be a mistake on thier end as I knew for certain that was cleared 3 years ago. Rudely she replied "well you'll just have to call this number and get the problem fixed before you can be seen here, we are privately owned and have the right to refuse anyone services" well ok then! Let me take my business to a clinc that actually is in the business of helping people get well and appreciate your having enough faith in them and thier ability as medical PROFESIONALS. The Urgency Room in Woodbury is very unprofessional but I suppose you can be when your privately owned. It won't be long and they will be begging for patients because non of us would return to be abused a second time!
